When will a product be restocked?

Our ball marker and divot tool are precision-forged from premium metals featuring our signature logo on both sides. THE M.V.P. is crafted from the most premium 100% waterproof materials, premium poly-spandex lightweight fabric with UPF 50+ UV Protection, breathable laser-perforated panels, premium stitched-on front and side PVC patches, a tee holder on each side under the PVC patches, a moisture-wicking custom interior lining, and premium RIPN BIRDS interior designs. What’s the best way to clean my hat?
All our RIPN BIRDS hats are made from the most premium poly-spandex material that is easy to gently spot clean with light soap and water and a light towel. Avoid machine washing or using harsh chemicals.
What’s the best way to dry my hat?
Always find a shaded area to air dry your RIPN BIRDS hat. Avoid high heat or direct sunlight as it may alter the material or shape.
How do you recommend storing my hat?
The best way to store your hat is in its natural form. We recommend hanging your hat on a hat rack to keep its original shape.

When can I expect my refund?
When your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

When will my order ship?
We provide an estimated delivery timeframe in the Shipping section during the checkout process. The estimated delivery date is not guaranteed.
- USPS Ground Advantage: 4-7 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 3-4 business days
When your order ships you’ll receive an email confirmation with the tracking information. Delivery estimates include one business day to pack and ship your order. We process all orders the next business day.
What days do you deliver packages on?
All of our orders are delivered by USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail, and they deliver packages Monday—Saturday.
Free shipping on all orders $70+?
Yes. We offer free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on all orders over $70. After your payment is processed, most items will ship the next business day from our headquarters in Chino, CA.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently do not offer international shipping.
