FREE & EASY RETURNS: UNLIMITED MULLIGANS
We offer a free 30-day return & exchange policy. Once the item is received you have 30-days to submit a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same unused or unworn condition that it was received, with tags and stickers, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All items are eligible for return with the exception of Gift Cards and Limited Editions. Pre-orders are also eligible for return once the item is received.
To initiate a free return, simply visit our RIPN BIRDS RETURN PORTAL.
If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a free return shipping label, and instructions on how and where to send your package. We recommend returning your item(s) in the original shipping box to avoid damage in transit. Items sent back to us first without requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order when it’s received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
We want to make sure that you find your perfect hat and don’t have to use any more mulligans. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. After your return is submitted, simply let us know that you’d like to exchange the item by contacting support@ripnbirds.com and we’ll give you a coupon for free shipping on any replacement hat(s).
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email if the refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
